About us
Kaizen SUST is a student organization at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology dedicated to the philosophy of continuous development. Since its establishment in 2011, Kaizen SUST has worked to create opportunities for students to develop their technical, professional, creative, leadership, and research capabilities.
Through technical programs, professional development initiatives, research activities, competitions, workshops, seminars, networking opportunities and collaborative projects, Kaizen SUST seeks to contribute to the holistic development of students.

2011 — The Beginning
Kaizen SUST was established at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in 2011, with a vision centered around continuous development and student growth.
Growing Through Generations
Over the years, Kaizen SUST has developed as a platform for students to explore technical knowledge, professional development, leadership, research, creativity and collaboration.
Today
